What is Needed to Apply

A $30 fee is required for each person that is 18 or older, that will be living in the rental. We only rent to responsible adults. Background checks are required to be considered. Once you have submitted your application an invoice will be sent through Quick Books to pay the required fee. Once the fee is paid the application will be reviewed and we will be in contact with you.
